Yakima, Wash.-based Sage Fruit has seen an increased volume of organic apples, pears and cherries, said Chuck Sinks, president of sales and marketing.

“Next year, we’ll likely have an Organic Cosmic Crisp available,” Sinks said. “We’ve also continued our partnership with Apeel for our organic apples.”

For the 2021 cherry crop, Sinks said Sage Fruit will have a new organic cherry bag design.

“Overall, our volume has increased across all commodities, which allows for later season availability,” he said.
