Organically Grown Company (OGC) has promoted Brad Stark to vice president of sales. In his new role, Stark will lead OGC’s sales strategy while strengthening partnerships across the company to create value for customers and growers.

Stark brings decades of produce industry experience and a career spanning farming, packing, sales, business development and team leadership. A fourth generation produce professional, he began working at age 11 in his family’s citrus orchards near Porterville, Calif. After college, he returned to the family business, where he managed packing operations and sales.

Since joining OGC in 2025 as a regional account manager, the company says Stark has played a central role in the company’s growth in the California market, with a particular focus on growing direct-to-store delivery in the Sacramento, Santa Rosa and Arcata/Eureka markets. He has also helped onboard customers in San Francisco, Los Angeles and contributed to national account strategy.

“Brad brings the perfect combination of deep produce knowledge, strong industry relationships and a genuine commitment to organic agriculture,” Brenna Davis, CEO of Organically Grown Company, says. “He understands this business from farm to customer, and he leads with collaboration, accountability and care. As OGC continues to grow and evolve, Brad is the right leader to help us strengthen our sales organization and create even more value for our customers and growers.”

Prior to OGC, Stark held sales and leadership roles with several produce and supply-chain companies, including organic farming pioneers Jacobs Farm / Del Cabo and Awe Sum Organics. During two tenures totaling more than a decade with Jacobs Farm / Del Cabo, he led daily sales operations, managed a book of business exceeding $25 million and developed strategies and programs to grow key accounts. At Awe Sum Organics, Stark managed organic citrus and kiwifruit and helped establish significant new customer relationships.

Stark holds a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from Northern Arizona University. During his studies, he completed summer internships on the Hopi Reservation, where he learned dry-farming techniques and helped revitalize spring-water-irrigated gardens in Bacavi, Ariz.

“Ever since I was introduced to OGC, I hoped I’d have the opportunity to work here someday. Stepping into the VP of Sales role truly feels like a dream job,” Stark says. “I’m incredibly excited to work alongside this team to create value for our customers and growers, grow our business and, ultimately, help more people choose organic.”
