What inspires you as you look at the year ahead?

I find inspiration in opportunities and the people around me. The produce industry is packed with exceptional individuals I am fortunate to collaborate with every day. I am convinced that with dedication and creative thinking, this industry offers boundless potential, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds in store.

Describe a career highlight or lesson you have learned that informs your work today.

My career highlight would be working with my sister, Katie. She recently started in August, and it’s been amazing to see her figure out the industry and learn the ropes. There are quite a few family businesses in this industry, and I am so blessed to be able to work with her!
