Crowley Logistics, Jacksonville, Fla., has promoted Bob Goldenberg to vice president of commercial operations.

Goldenberg, based in the Miami office, reports to Steve Collar, senior vice president and general manager of logistics. He joined Crowley Logistics in 2019 as vice president of global development. Before that, he was at Econocaribe for 30 years, beginning in the traffic department and rising to chief operating officer for the export division. He was named chief procurement officer there after it was acquired by ECU Worldwide.

At Crowley, Goldenberg will be responsible for strategic direction and oversight of the logistics team, including offshore location. His commercial strategy will focus on efficiencies and added value to Crowley’s perishable, breakbulk and other customers, according to the release.

“Since joining Crowley last year, he has directed our efforts to grow our services globally and provides an elevated level of service to all of our customers throughout their logistics processes,” Collar said in the release.
