He previously worked at Custom Pak, a Lipman Family Farms division, where he specialized in its melon program for more than 12 years. He started his career at Legend Produce, according to a news release.

Faselar will support the company’s expansion plans, and will immediately be involved in the transition from Central California production to the desert for the fall domestic crop.

“He brings a wealth of experience in marketing melons and we couldn’t be more excited to have him back as part of the Legend family,” Barry Zwillinger, co-founder of Legend Produce, said in the release. “His experience and values align perfectly with our mission.”
