Chris Alvarez named Giro Pack director of sales, customer service

Chris Alvarez has been promoted at Giro Pack Inc. to director of sales and customer service.

Chris Alvarez has been promoted at Giro Pack Inc. to director of sales and customer service.

Giro Pack represents Giro in the U.S. and Canada, according to a news release.

Alvarez has been with the company for nine years, most recently as national sales manager. Before that, he was customer service manager.

“I’m excited for this next chapter here and for the opportunity to lead in a new capacity,” he said in the release. “Many of our partners across the industry know that we’ve faced major transitions in recent years, but I’ve always seen what is possible in terms of better serving our client partners and employees to reach new heights.”

In his new role, Alvarez will lead and implement strategy to align multiple departments to reinforce customer satisfaction, and oversee account management and business development efforts, according to the release.
