Edith Rose Joins Pete Pappas & Sons

As director of northeast organic sales and procurement, Rose will help expand the company’s Pete’s Garden Organics line.

Jessup, Md.-based organic produce company Pete Pappas & Sons Inc. announced Oct. 29 that Edith Rose had joined the company as director of northeast organic sales and procurement.

Rose has decades of experience and well-established relationships in sourcing and evaluating certified organic produce for both wholesale and retail markets, the company says.

“We are thrilled to welcome Edith Rose to our team,” says Paul Pappas, president of Pete Pappas & Sons. “I consider Edie a true pioneer in the organic produce industry, and her expertise and supplier relationships will be invaluable as we expand our organic program and elevate the Pete’s Garden Organic line.”

The company says Rose will spearhead the expansion of its organic product portfolio, work closely with suppliers and lead innovation in its organic sourcing strategies.
