FullTilt Marketing, a marketing firm specializing in agriculture, fresh produce and specialty food brands, has added Shelby Miller as an account manager, effective Feb. 16.

Miller brings a strong background in fresh produce marketing, business development and brand strategy, with hands-on experience supporting grower-shippers, retail programs and integrated business-to-business and consumer campaigns. Her expertise strengthens FullTilt’s niche focus on marketing solutions that understand the realities of agriculture and food systems from the ground up.

Prior to joining FullTilt Marketing, Miller held marketing and business development roles with Applewood Fresh Growers and FirstFruits Farms, where she led strategic B2B campaigns, managed key retail and wholesale accounts and supported multiple produce brands across sales enablement, trade shows, events and digital marketing initiatives. She has played a key role in launching new programs and products that strengthened customer and partner relationships for long-term growth.

“Shelby brings the kind of real-world produce experience that matters to our clients,” says Melinda Goodman, president of FullTilt Marketing. “She understands how fresh produce businesses operate, how decisions are made at retail and how to translate complex categories into clear, compelling marketing. As FullTilt continues to grow, adding leaders like Shelby strengthens our ability to deliver smart, effective work for the industries we serve.”

In her new role, Miller will manage client relationships, oversee campaign execution and collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing programs that support FullTilt’s agriculture-first approach.

“I’m incredibly excited to join FullTilt Marketing at a time of growth and momentum,” Miller says. “This team has built a culture that values creativity, collaboration and a deep respect for agriculture. FullTilt’s focus on meaningful, results-driven work for fresh produce and food brands aligns perfectly with my background and passion, and I’m excited to contribute to what’s ahead.”

Miller holds a Bachelor of science degree in hospitality and tourism management with an emphasis in meetings and events from Grand Valley State University. She has remained actively engaged in produce industry leadership and professional development programs.
