Generation Farms appoints Mike Thomas as CEO

Mr. Thomas had previously held the position of General Manager at Generation Farms, bringing extensive experience in growing and scaling high-value fresh produce to the industry. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry,

Mr. Thomas brings a unique combination of deep operational experience, leadership skills, and strategic vision to lead the company and drive its growth plans. Mr. Thomas began his career as a third-generation vegetable grower at his family’s Florida produce company, followed by senior positions at Margiric Farms, Pero Family Farms, and International Farming Corporation.
