Third-generation packer-marketer Hess Brothers Fruit Co. has added Karly Shaubach to its sales team.

“We are excited to add Karly to our team,” Andy Figart, president of Hess Brothers Fruit Co., said in a news release. “She brings a background of extensive customer service experience, and we look forward to her assisting with our current stable of clients, as well as pushing us to grow bigger and bigger.”

The company said Shaubach brings experience from the nonprofit sector and joins the Hess team as it continues to grow the footprint of its proprietary premium apple, WildTwist.

“The popularity of WildTwist is really taking off,” Figart said. “The season for that variety runs from January to July, so Karly will have an immediate impact on our ability to assist current customers with their promotion of this great apple.”
