The International Corrugated Packaging Foundation has hired Vicky Miksis as its research and strategic partnerships manager. The organization said this new role will inform ICPF partners on relevant and timely recruitment and retention news.

Miksis will conduct labor-related research to identify opportunities and programs for corporate partners to build their talent pipeline, according to a news release. She will also develop and manage the organization’s contact database and customer relationship management for foundation stakeholders.

ICPF said she will support and advance relationships and partnerships between secondary educational institutions and corrugated industry companies.

Miksis previously worked for the Fibre Box Association as its marketing and research manager for 13 years and consulted for ICPF, the release said. She holds a master’s degree in library and information science from Dominican University.

“We are delighted to welcome Vicky as ICPF’s new research and strategic partnerships manager,” said Caitlin Salaverria, ICPF president. “Vicky’s prior ICPF and industry experience, coupled with her passion for education, make her the perfect fit to expand the foundation’s reach through additional products and services aimed at attracting new talent to the industry.”
