Kwik Lok names new global distribution sales manager

In this new role, Bas Reijndorp will develop, execute and grow Kwik Lok’s distribution and original equipment manufacturer network in Europe and the Middle East.

Yakima, Wash.-based Kwik Lok Corp. has promoted Bas Reijndorp to the new role of global distribution sales manager for Europe and the Middle East.

In this new role, Reijndorp will develop, execute and grow Kwik Lok’s distribution and original equipment manufacturer network in Europe and the Middle East, according to a news release.

“Bas has been a strategic member of our Kwik Lok sales team for almost two decades,” Chief Revenue Officer Blair Chastain said in the release. “He has developed strong partnerships throughout the region and has a deep knowledge of our solutions. He is the perfect person to lead our Distribution and OEM growth strategy.”

Seasoned sales professional Eugene McLaughlin has joined Kwik Lok’s sales team, taking over the role of regional sales manager for Europe and the Middle East, according to the release. McLaughlin joins Kwik Lok from IPL Global, where he held the group development manager position, the release said.

During his five-year tenure at IPL, McLaughlin developed major retail accounts and delivered year-over-year sales growth, the release said. As Kwik Lok’s regional sales manager, McLaughlin will manage existing accounts and cultivate new business, and he will be responsible for executing Kwik Lok’s regional sales strategy, the company said.

“I am excited to bring my energy, commitment and experience to Kwik Lok and look forward to working with Bas and the rest of the team,” McLaughlin said in the release.
