Phil Pettine, regional sales manager for Kwik Lok’s Northeast region, is retiring; the Yakima, Wash.-based company says Stephanie “Steph” Wyjadka will be his successor.

Pettine joined Kwik Lok in 1995 as the Northeast regional sales manager, establishing a strong foundation in the Northeast market, according to a news release.

In 2010, leveraging his adaptability to changing markets, he expanded his territory to include the mid-Atlantic region. Throughout his tenure, Pettine has consistently driven value to his customers across multiple regions, playing a crucial role in Kwik Lok’s expansion and growth, the company said.

“Phil’s dedication to Kwik Lok, creative mindset and commitment to customer success have been instrumental to Kwik Lok’s advancements over the last three decades,” Blair Chastain, Kwik Lok chief revenue officer, said in the release. “We are incredibly grateful for his contributions and wish him well in his retirement. As we celebrate his legacy, we welcome Steph Wyjadka. Her experience and enthusiasm will be instrumental in building on Phil’s success in the region.”

Wyjadka brings a wealth of sales experience to Kwik Lok, having excelled in previous roles as business development representative at MSC Industrial Supply and account manager at Kimberly-Clark Professional, according to the release. As regional sales manager at Kwik Lok, she will focus on expanding Kwik Lok’s market share in the Northeast and build on the company’s strong reputation for innovation and customer service, the company said.

“I’m thrilled to join the Kwik Lok team and look forward to contributing to our continued success in the Northeast,” Wyjadka said in the release. “This position offers a great opportunity to build on our strong customer relationships and continue delivering exceptional service.”

Wyjadka holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and currently resides in Philadelphia.
