Nature Fresh Farms welcomes three new key-account managers

Leamington, Ontario–based grower-shipper Nature Fresh Farms has expanded its sales team, welcoming three new key-account managers and aligning its team with recent sales and retail partnership growth.

“The business has grown rapidly since its infancy,” Zanelle Hough, director of sales for Nature Fresh Farms, said in a news release. “Seeing exceptional growth and expansion across facilities, category offerings, and partnerships; the growth of our sales team is reflective of the evolution of the business.”

Meet Nature Fresh Farm’s new account managers

Tom Coleman, an experienced proponent of the produce industry, joins Nature Fresh Farms from Del Monte Fresh Produce, bringing with him extensive understanding of the retail, foodservice and sales landscapes. Coleman’s successful tenure within the produce industry makes him remarkably positioned to lead key partnerships with the Nature Fresh Farms team, according to the release.

Dale Milison, an experienced account manager with 14 years in the produce industry, is poised to assist Nature Fresh Farms’ clientele with the growth of new and existing programs. Milison’s expertise allows him to identify business opportunities, aid inventory management and provide action plans and sales forecasts for instrumental sales growth for retail and wholesale accounts, according to the release.

Thomas Matier is assuming a new position within Nature Fresh Farms, using his background and experience in a variety of strategic roles, including sales and category, commodity and quality management, to bring fresh insights and focused resolve to new and existing partnerships, the release said.

“We are excited to see current team members excelling in their careers and taking on new roles within our business, while also welcoming new members to our Nature Fresh Farms team,” Hough said, adding that she believes the entire Nature Fresh Farms Sales team is positioned to make great strides in this and coming years.

The Nature Fresh Farms team will be at booth #1015 during the upcoming Southeast Produce Council's Southern Exposure trade show in Orlando, Fla., on March 2-4, 2023.
