Pulcipher brings more than 13 years of executive leadership experience in food safety, sustainability and global supply chain compliance within the fresh produce industry. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, third-party certification programs, crisis management and global supplier standards.

“Jennifer’s depth of experience and practical approach to food safety and sustainability make her an outstanding addition to our leadership team,” says Jim Roberts, president of Naturipe Farms. “She understands that retailers and shoppers place their trust in us every day, and that trust depends on delivering food that is safe, responsibly grown and produced with integrity.”

Pulcipher holds a Master of Science in food safety and a Bachelor of Science in agribusiness management from Michigan State University. She has been actively involved in industry leadership through multiple committees and organizations focused on advancing food safety and sustainability standards.

“Consumers deserve food that is safe and responsibly grown, and that responsibility extends across every part of the supply chain,” Pulcipher says. “I am excited to join Naturipe and work alongside our growers and partners to strengthen programs that protect that trust while supporting the long-term sustainability of our industry.”

Pulcipher will also help advance Naturipe’s broader strategic objectives, including strengthening the company’s customer-focused approach, accelerating innovation and deepening its commitment to food safety, sustainability and social responsibility.
