Robert Veilleux brings an impressive 38 years of experience across the retail and wholesale grocery industry, with deep expertise in produce, floral and perishable operations.
Most recently, Robert served as vice president of produce, floral and bulk/spice foods at Vallarta Supermarkets. He also held senior leadership roles at Gelson’s Supermarket and Gerrity’s Supermarkets & Valley Farm Market, along with key positions at El Rio Grande Latin Markets, La Montanita Co-op, Sprouts Farmers Market, Sto & Shop and Bozzuto’s Inc.
His extensive experience across diverse retail formats and multicultural merchandising environments makes him a strong fit for Heritage Grocers Group.
Veilleux studied business administration and retail operations at Western Connecticut State University and holds a Class D Horticulture License. He also served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps.
