Sinclair International has appointed John Rogers to commercial director of North America

Rogers, based in Fresno, Calif., joined the company in 2011 as finance controller for North America. In 2017, he was promoted to director of finance, according to a news release.

Before joining Sinclair, he was finance controller at the POM Wonderful pomegranate facility in Del Rey, Calif., according to the release.

He grew up in agriculture; his father, 90, has been farming for more than 50 years and now grows almonds and peaches.

“John shares our values, customer focus and drive for continuous improvement,” Colin Woodward, president and CEO of Sinclair, said in the release. “His prior experience and contributions to Sinclair make him a perfect fit for this role which will help Sinclair continue to grow with new products as well as forge and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.”

Based in Fresno and Norwich, England, Sinclair has 10 label manufacturing sites worldwide with produce labeling technology installed in more than 50 countries, according to the release.
