Vanguard International adds to sales team

Issaquah, Wash.-based Vanguard International has hired Ana Yanez as a sales associate.

Issaquah, Wash.-based Vanguard International has hired Ana Yanez as a sales associate.

Yanez will work out of Vanguard International’s offices in Visalia, Calif., and will be responsible for sales into Latin America and servicing customers in that market, according to the news release.

“Vanguard’s exceptional global sourcing is a strength I am looking forward to bringing to our customers in the Latin American market, and I could not be more excited to join the Vanguard team,” Yanez said in the release.

Yanez has six years of experience in the produce sales industry, according to the release, and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

“As we grow our team, we enhance our ability to provide our Latin American customers with the best possible products and service, and strengthen our commitment to continue being global leaders,” Tim Clarke, president of Vanguard International USA, said in the release. “Ana’s experience in working cross-functionally and collaboratively with dynamic, large organizations combined with her language skills makes her a great asset for the Vanguard team.”
