West Pak Avocado hires Leonard Cueva

Murrieta, Calif.-based West Pak Avocado has hired Leonard Cueva as the company’s senior vice president of finance.

Murrieta, Calif.-based West Pak Avocado has hired Leonard Cueva as the company’s senior vice president of finance.

Cueva brings expertise in strategic business development, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial modeling, according to a news release.

Previously, Cueva was vice president of finance at C.R. Laurence, which is a manufacturer and supplier of architectural glazing systems, according to the release.

He has a B.A. degree in international business from California State University of Fullerton, an MBA from Pepperdine University and has Leadership Development Alumni Status at Harvard Business School, according to the release.

“We are pleased to welcome Leonard to West Pak and look forward to tapping his vast financial and international business expertise,” Mario Pacheco, CEO of West Pack Avocado, said in the release.

Cueva will support West Pak’s business plan to meet its annual and long-term strategic objectives with proactive modeling and insightful analysis, according to the release.
