Oxford, N.C.-based specialty pepper grower-shipper Bailey Farms is introducing its latest product, the Tomatillo Verde Salsa Kit, at the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce and Floral Show, Oct. 17-19 in Atlanta.

Attendees can visit booth No. C2352 to check out the new salsa solution, designed to meet consumer demand for fresh, authentic flavors, according to a news release.

“Our Tomatillo Salsa Kit is perfect for consumers who want to bring fresh, bold flavors to their kitchens,” said Tony Terry, director of sales at Bailey Farms. “It simplifies the process of making salsa at home while delivering the authentic taste people crave.”

The Tomatillo Salsa Kit offers a convenient, all-in-one solution for creating a flavorful and tangy tomatillo salsa, as consumer preferences shift toward easy, at-home meal preparation, Bailey Farms said.

In addition to the Tomatillo Salsa Kit, Bailey Farms said it will also spotlight its proprietary BellaFina peppers, known for their versatility and single-serving size. These sweet and crunchy peppers are ideal for snacking, cooking, and recipe inspiration, the release said.
