Calavo Growers’ updated bag film is now available with friendly “Know Your Avo” handling tips and menu suggestions, in multiple sizes and configurations, said Peter Shore, director of business development and marketing for the Santa Paula, Calif.-based company.

“We know that consumers want more information about how to ripen, store and use avocados,” he said.

Calavo also recently published its third annual Sustainability Report for 2020, providing an overview of Calavo’s commitment to sustainability, social responsibility and governance, and highlighting progress made over the past year. The report can be found online.
