Coastline Family Farms will feature its Culinary Bouquet Crunchy Mini Romaine at the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce & Floral Show, set for Oct. 19-21 in Anaheim, Calif.

Culinary Bouquet Crunchy Mini Romaine has an attractive light green and creamy yellow appearance with a crisp, crunchy and consistent texture, the company said on the IFPA show website.

The taste is sweet and flavorful with a tight leaf structure that helps to reduce dehydration and increase shelf life, according to the company. The frame structure ranges in length from 7-9 inches, has fewer ribs and a shorter core, providing more usable product and less waste, the company said.

Crunchy Mini Romaine makes the perfect wrap for taco night, offers a perfect leaf size for a sandwich or can be tossed, grilled and wedged with favorite toppings, the company said. Coastline Family Farms offers a variety of pack styles suitable for foodservice and retail consumers: a 48-count liner for foodservice, a 14 by 2-count bag and a single sleeve for retail, and a seven by 5-count club pack, the company said.

The fresh and modern color scheme provides differentiation for retail merchandising and identifies the product brand “Culinary Bouquet,” the product “Crunchy Mini Romaine,” and the corporate brand “Coastline Family Farms,” the company said.
