Conscious Greens will display its leafy greens developed with CRISPR technology at the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce & Floral Show.

“These exciting new greens have up to double the nutrition of romaine, so you never have to choose between nutritious, convenient, and delicious,” the company said on the IFPA show website. “Plus, they have just enough pop to excite your senses, so your salads, sandwiches, and sides are never boring!”

Conscious Greens will exhibit at booth No. 375 at the IFPA show, set for Oct. 19-21 in Anaheim, Calif.

“Conscious Foods pairs the latest [food and tech] innovations with tried-and-true farming practices to grow exciting new varieties of fruits and vegetables uniquely curated to help today’s consumers make purposeful choices about the foods they eat,” the company said on the IFPA show website.
