Mastronardi Produce says it will promote its WOW Utopia strawberries at the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce and Floral Show this month in Atlanta.

The Kingsville, Ontario-based company said the greenhouse-grown berries feature distinct sweetness and juiciness with balanced acidity and a fragrant aroma. Mastronardi also touts the berries’ enhanced flavor profile, uniform shape and size and elegant packaging.

Mastronardi hand picks each WOW Utopia berry and packs them in a two-piece carrier designed to fit the berries’ proportions, according to a news release. The packaging features a matte-black labeling band with reflective gold foil embellishments.

“Our team continues to innovate in the berry category and redefine consumer flavor experiences,” Paul Mastronardi, president and CEO of Mastronardi Produce, said in the release. “All the unique elements of our WOW Utopia berries, from the taste to the packaging, each element harmoniously joins together to bring our vision of the finest strawberry experience to life. We are excited to see these elevated strawberries on the shelves.”

Mastronardi Produce said it invites retailers to taste WOW Utopia berries at its IFPA show booth, No. 1639.
