Orora Packaging Solutions has entered into a strategic partnership with Accu-Label.

Orora Packaging Solutions is the North American branch of Orora Ltd., and offers corrugated trays, clamshells, rigid packaging containers and flexible films. With the partnership, it also has Accu-Label’s specialty fruit labels and label application equipment.

“At Orora, we are constantly looking for better and more efficient ways to grow our business into new markets, whether geographically or with new customer segments,” Bernie Salvatore, Orora Packaging Solutions president,” said in a news release. “Our goal is to provide customer value and differentiation through innovation and service. We are always seeking like-minded companies to partner with.”

Accu-Label’s patented ORB-it Labeling system, a popular Price Look-Up labeler, is capable of printing Global Trade Item Number/Databar for traceability down to item-level, according to the release.

“We are thrilled to partner with Orora through Orora Fresh and Landsberg Orora,” Joe Sleiman, Accu-Label president, said in the release. “Orora has established a reputation for success by instituting a philosophy that begins and ends with the customer in mind.”

Orora Fresh is the company’s fresh produce packaging company, and Landsberg Orora is a fully-integrated packaging solutions company.
