OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Easter demand is expected to be strong for Grimmway Farms’ Cal-Organic rainbow carrots, says Ally Nesci, East Coast regional sales manager for the Bakersfield, Calif., operation.

Grimmway participated in the 2023 AWG Innovation Showcase, March 20-22.

Cal-Organic rainbow carrot chips have been gaining traction, and rainbow baby carrots and rainbow bunch carrots have also found good demand, she said.

“A lot of retailers are carrying these [rainbow carrots] now,” she said.

Recipes using Cal-Organic rainbow carrots are available at Grimmway Farms’ website.
