Chicago-based Carlson Produce Consulting LLC has launched a new website on its fifth anniversary.

Craig Carlson, CEO and president of the firm, said in a news release that the new site offers extensive information on his background, ease of navigation, a clean interface, and names of past and present clients.

The consulting firm was launched in July of 2013 by Carlson after 30 years of retail and food service experience, employed by firms including Walmart and U.S. Foods.
