D’Arrigo debuts e-book featuring 15 broccoli rabe recipes for holidays

Salinas, Calif.-based D’Arrigo California has released a holiday e-book with more than a dozen broccoli rabe recipes for families to make this season.

Salinas, Calif.-based D’Arrigo California has released a holiday e-book with more than a dozen broccoli rabe recipes for families to make this season.

Each recipe in the free, downloadable guide has a link so people can easily print the ingredients and directions for individual dishes as desired, according to a news release.

The book also includes cooking techniques for broccoli rabe — how to blanch, sauté, puree, roast, steam and grill it — and information on the history of the company.

“D’Arrigo California has partnered with food influencers across the country to put the best broccoli rabe breakfast, appetizer, side, dinner and vegetarian dishes together for the holidays,” Claudia Pizarro-Villalobos, who handles marketing and communication for the company, said in the release. “These delicious and nutritious recipes with Andy Boy broccoli rabe will please all palates, young and old, around the globe.”

Recipes in the book include:

  • Cauliflower Steaks with Chimichurri and Broccoli
  • Lemony Roasted Potatoes and Broccoli Rabe
  • Cannellini Bean and Broccoli Rabe Toast
  • Eggs Benedict with Broccoli Rabe and Bacon
  • Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Broccoli Rabe
