Mushroom company Giorgio Fresh is celebrating its 90th anniversary with new packaging.

The company debuts the new packaging at the Produce Marketing Association’s Fresh Summit Oct. 19-20 in Orlando, Fla. The company has a new trade show booth that features an open footprint to highlight the “Wall of Innovation” cooking station and the Giorgio coffee stand, a popular booth feature.

“’Less is more,’ truly is the name of the game when it comes to Giorgio’s new packaging as they improve the shopping experience for consumers: the sleek, bright new labels are color coded by subcategory and invite consumers to visit their website for hundreds of recipes at the click of a mouse,” according to a news release.

“Giorgio has a beautiful and rich history that started in 1928 when Pietro Giorgi built his first mushroom house in Temple, Pa., and started our long-standing tradition of growing high-quality,” Greg Sagan, executive vice president of sales and marketing, said in the release “As we head into the 10th decade of service to our customers, we are proud to offer the same quality in packaging that speaks more to today’s consumer.”

Giorgio Fresh will be at booth No. 2872.
