Only 38% of millennials reported purchasing cucumbers in the last 12 months, compared with 63% of people 50-59, according to The Packer’s Fresh Trends consumer research. Amelia and Ashley discuss why that could be and usage ideas for millennials looking for fast, easy ways to use cukes.
