Setton Farms spices up pistachios with new line

Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella (Calif.) Inc., is introducing a line of five seasoned pistachio kernels.

Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella (Calif.) Inc., is introducing a line of five seasoned pistachio kernels.

The products, which debuted at the Natural Products Expo West in early March in Anaheim, Calif., are available at Dillons, Ralphs, Roundy’s, Kroger and other stores, according to a news release.

The varieties, available in 3-ounce pouches, are:

  • Chili Lemon
  • Chipotle BBQ
  • Garlic Onion
  • Jalapeno
  • Salt & Pepper

“Consumers are gravitating toward wholesome, ethically produced foods and have come to expect a higher level of quality from their snacks,” Mia Cohen, Setton Farms chief operations officer, said in the release. “We are excited to provide consumers this delicious new product that meets all their expectations and more.”

The resealable bags are available in a tear-away display case or in a floor shipper display, according to the release.
