Well-Pict offers digital kit to boost online berry retail sales

Well-Pict Berries, Watsonville, Calif., is offering a free digital retail kit to retailers to help them boost online berry sales.

Well-Pict Berries, Watsonville, Calif., is offering a free digital retail kit to retailers to help them boost online berry sales.

The kit includes marketing materials for all levels of the produce department, from buyers to merchandisers, according to a news release.

Components of the kit are:

  • Promotional social media posts;
  • Information on growing seasons and regions; and
  • Cross merchandising guides.
  • Free point-of-sale posters can be ordered.

“We want to show our retail partners that we are always looking for new ways to help them boost sales and online presence,” Jim Grabowski, director of marketing, said in the release. “Digital promotions have become just as important as traditional marketing strategies and we want to make sure that our retailers are equipped to always give their customers the best berry experience.”

The kit can be downloaded from the Well-Pict website, which has also has the Well-Pict Berry Academy page with information on cold chain management and other topics.
