To boost retail berries’ shelf life and profits, Watsonville, Calif.-based Well-Pict is offering enrollment in a virtual Well-Pict Berry Academy.

The program is a crash course on the science and history behind the Well-Pict berry brand, but it also provides expert tips on grading and handling.

The video series and free Inspection Chart clipboard will help educate store inspectors on the specifics of these berries, which can help minimize waste and increase profits across the board.

To order a Well-Pict Berry Inspection Chart, contact julie@wellpict.com.

After watching the video series, students can take a short, multiple-choice test and print out a certificate of completion to hang in the office.
