As a family-owned business with over six decades of experience, John Greene Logistics Co. specializes in personalized logistics solutions, says Michael Fernandes.

Fernandes, director of sales for John Greene Logistics and Greene Transport Co., said the company has cultivated a loyal client base through its commitment to 24/7 real-time customer service, facilitated by dedicated personnel rather than automated systems.

“At the heart of the transportation market, our company has carved out a distinctive niche, blending deep-rooted family values with professional prowess,” he said. “As a family-owned business, we proudly celebrate 62 years of driving forward.”

Reflecting on the past year in the transportation sector, Fernandes described a “mixed picture.”

“While rates have softened from the highs of the previous year, we have witnessed an encouraging increase in load counts,” he said. “This uptick is a positive sign of our sector’s resilience and our company’s strategic adaptability in adjusting to market demands.”

Fernandes said John Greene Logistics strives to anticipate the ever-changing needs of the market.

“Stability and dedicated customer service are the cornerstones of our operation,” he said. “We remain steadfast in our commitment to stay relevant and competitive, continuously adapting our strategies to navigate the shifts in the market landscape. Our approach to growth is measured and intentional, ensuring we always choose the right path forward.”
