Coyote Logistics, Chicago, has expanded the CoyoteGO digital freight platform, adding on-demand features to better connect shippers and carriers for end-to-end solutions.

The CoyoteGO app helps shippers find opportunities via the company’s network of more than 10,000 loads a day, according to a news release.

CoyoteGO services include:

  • On-demand quotes for full and less-than-truckload rates;
  • In-transit load tracking;
  • Faster settlements with ability to receive paperwork; and
  • A facility review database, with almost 200,000 reviews.

“The expansion of CoyoteGO represents one of the ways we’re integrating digital solutions at critical stages throughout the shipping process, from quoting through settlement, to foster a better experience for all users,” Brian Work, chief technology officer, said in the release.

Shippers and carriers value easy-to-use technology and a dedicated human support system, according to the release.

“The expansion of CoyoteGO represents one of the many ways we’re delivering solutions that help achieve this balance,” Work said in the release. “We’re empowering users to ship smarter, whether through simple, on-demand access to Coyote’s entire freight marketplace, or through a dedicated specialist that knows their business.”
