GROW, PFK partner for Power Your Lunchbox campaign

GROW by Organics Unlimited has teamed up with Produce for Kids for the latter's August and September Power Your Lunchbox campaign.

The partnership will be the third time the two (and other produce industry companies) have joined forces to inspire more health-conscious lifestyles through the digital marketing program, according to a press release.

"GROW and Organics Unlimited support Produce for Kids' mission of educating consumers about health and wellness," said Mayra Velazquez de Leon, CEO of Organics Unlimited, in the release.

The Power You Lunchbox campaign encourages consumers to pledge to pack healthier lunches as kids go back to school. Organics Unlimited and other sponsoring brands will donate to Feeding America's children's programs for each pledge taken.

The partnership will continue into September's #GROWmonth, during which GROW will also be partnering with retailers and media to promote awareness of organic bananas, fresh produce and healthy lifestyles.
