Oranges, strawberries ... and turnips? Check out what's tops on PMG

Oranges were still the favorite on Produce Market Guide the week of March 30, but lettuce inched up a place from the previous week to No. 2, bumping organic pears to No. 3, while cucumbers gained three spots to land at No. 4, nudging avocados to No. 5. 

The Produce Market Guide platform connects produce buyers and sellers. Below, find the top 20 searched commodities on Produce Market Guide during the week of March 30.

Lemons saw some more love last week, rising to No. 6 from No. 10 the previous week, and apples reappeared on the list at No. 7. Bananas climbed a couple of spots to No. 8, and blueberries came back at No. 9, with strawberries rounding out the top 10. 

Turnips were back on the list last week, coming in at No. 11, with hearty vegetables broccoli, cabbage and potatoes following behind. Summer favorite cantaloupe was No. 15.

Okra rose to No. 16 from No. 20 the previous week, and mandarins and tangerines came in at No. 17. Tomatoes fell to No. 18 from the No. 6 spot the previous week, cauliflower dropped a place, to No. 19, and sweet potatoes rounded out the top 20.
