Bancroft, Wis.-based RPE Inc. has added a gluten-free flavor to its Tasteful Selections Take & Shake cup lineup, according to a news release.
The gluten-free black pepper, rosemary and thyme seasoning blend expands the line to four flavors, according to the release.
“We have listened to our consumers and are happy to offer a gluten-free option to our Take & Shake cups,” Russell Wysocki, president and CEO of RPE, said in the release.
Take & Shake features a microwaveable snack-sized cup of fresh potatoes and a seasoning packet to provide a healthy on-the-go food option, according to the release.
RPE also changed the cup’s exterior to black to minimize light exposure to the potatoes, Wysocki said in the release.
Tasteful Selections LLC is a joint venture of RPE, CSS Farms and Plover River Farms Alliance Inc.
