Nash Produce expands Mr. Yam line

Nashville, N.C.-based Nash Produce is adding to its Mr. Yam brand lineup.

Nashville, N.C.-based Nash Produce is adding to its Mr. Yam brand lineup.

“We are excited to announce that we have expanded our Mr. Yam line to include bulk 40-pound boxes,” said Rebecca Scott, grower accounting and marketing for Nash Produce.

The value-added line from Nash already includes individually wrapped microwavable potatoes, steamables and 2-, 3-, 5-, 8- and 10-pound mesh bags of conventional and organic sweet potatoes, she said.
