Castroville, Calif.-based Ocean Mist Farms is launching a multi-faceted digital promotion that prompts consumers to enjoy artichokes.

From April 30 to June 22, shoppers can enter the firm’s Instant Artichoke Giveaway for a chance to win one of 18 prize packs. The prize packs include an Instant Pot Duo 6-Quart plus a variety of cooking utensils, according to a news release.

“We hope to inspire people to reach for fresh artichokes when they are planning the menu for their next gathering or weeknight dinner,” Diana McClean, senior director of marketing at Ocean Mist Farms, said in the release. “We are excited to be able to leverage one of the hottest, new cooking tools with this giveaway and to partner with these key influencers to showcase how quickly and easily artichokes can be added to your dinner table.”

The promotion showcases the peak volume season for artichokes, according to the release, and touts the versatility and flavor of the vegetable.

To support the promotion, Ocean Mist is aligning with food influencers and registered dietitians.

Ocean Mist Farms also is partnering with iBotta, a mobile technology company, to provide coupon incentives during the promotion, according to the release.
