Scott Mathews is the new CEO of iFoodDecisionSciences, and Diane Wetherington has been appointed executive chairwoman of the board.

Mathews joined iFoodDS in October as president of meat and dairy and succeeds Wetherington as CEO.

He previously was the executive vice president of sales and marketing for CDK Global, a provider of demand chain solutions for the global automotive industry. He was there for almost five years, in roles that also included president of digital marketing and executive vice president of sales for CDK Global North America. Before that, Mathews was senior division vice president and general manager of ADP, when it purchased The Cobalt Group, of which Mathews was chief operating officer.

In the mid- to late 1990s, Mathews was vice president and general manager of Key Technology Inc., an equipment supplier to the produce industry.

“No one is better positioned than iFoodDS to support produce farmers, packers, processors, distributors and retailers to transform safety and traceability from an administrative burden into an asset that promotes continuous improvement and advancement,” Mathews said in the release “I am excited to work with Diane to support the company’s on-going growth.”
