HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — What’s trending in the world of pre-packaged gourmet salads? At the recent GOPEX 2024, a conference and expo exploring the intersection of fresh produce and conscious consumerism, FiveStar Gourmet Foods’ Tal Shoshan dished on the salad trends stealing the show.

“If you look at the Kardashians, they’re shaking their salads and that’s created a big trend,” says Shoshan, who adds that ethnic flavors and on-the-go convenience are top of mind with today’s consumers.

FiveStar’s Salad Shakers deliver this easy, no-mess and flavorful eating experience that consumers crave, he says.
