Orlando-Fla.-based Produce for Kids selected Lesley Daniels as director of sales and account development.

Daniels has 13 years of industry experience. She previously worked in supply chain and project management for Berlin Packaging and The Kraft Heinz Co., and most recently served as strategic sourcing manager for Giant Eagle.

Her new responsibilities will include overseeing vendor and retail relations for the organization and managing in-store campaigns, according to a news release.

“Lesley’s wealth of experience using shopper data to drive sales and (return on investment) will only enhance Produce for Kids programs for today’s every evolving shopper,” John Shuman, president and founder, said in the release. “With her extensive involvement in managing vendor relationships on both the grocery and CPG sides of the table, I feel certain her skills will only elevate the brand awareness of our produce and retail partners.”

Shuman Produce Inc. established Produce for Kids in 2002 to help create healthier lifestyles for children.
