Reminder: Employers Must Now Use New I-9 Form

The revised I-9 compliance form went into effect May 7, 2013.

Ag employers must now use the revised I-9 Employment Eligibility Verfication form when hiring new workers, according to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Effective May 7, 2013, employers must ensure proper completion of the new form for each individual they hire.
