Taylor Farms, Earthbound Farms to showcase new salad kits and blends

Single-serving salad kits, veggie chips and dip, and new blends will be featured at the International Fresh Produce Association’s upcoming Global Produce & Floral Show.

Salinas, Calif.-based salad giant Taylor Farms and it’s subsidiary, organic grower Earthbound Farm, will showcase new products and offerings at the International Fresh Produce Association’s upcoming Global Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim, Calif., according to a news release.

“Taylor Farms remains committed to convenient, flavorful innovation that helps consumers in North America lead healthier lives,” Mark Campion, president of Taylor Farms Retail, said in the release. “We look forward to sharing the latest offerings from Taylor Farms and Earthbound Farm at this year’s IFPA Global Produce and Floral Show.”

According to the release, products to be showcased this year include:

  • Taylor Farms Mini Chopped Kits (single-serve salad kits that are prepped, cleaned and ready to enjoy)

    • Nashville Hot Mini Chopped Kit.

    • Pizza Ranch Mini Chopped Kit.

    • Citrus Crunch Mini Chopped Kit.

    • Green Goddess Ranch Mini Chopped Kit.

    • Caesar Mini Chopped Kit.

  • Taylor Farms Veggie Chips and Dip Tray (packaged and ready to eat fresh vegetables)

    • Radish and Carrot Chips, Celery Bites, and Buffalo Bleu dip.

  • Earthbound Farm Bright and Crunchy blends (Earthbound Farm is launching three Bright and Crunchy blends that bring new flavors, color and crunch to the organic salad set. Additionally, peel-and-reseal technology supports new product offerings due to the modified atmosphere and reduces plastic.)

    • Romaine and Butter Crunch blend.

    • Little Gem Kale Crunch blend.

    • Little Gem Butter Crunch blend.

Global Produce & Floral Show attendees can learn more by visiting Taylor Farms and Earthbound Farms at booth No. 2097, according to the release.
