The United Fresh Produce Association is offering a web seminar on optimizing produce quality and shelf life extension on April 20.

The event is set for 2 p.m. and is free to United Fresh members and $100 to non-members. Registration is available online.

Speakers at the event, according to the release, are:

  • Rachel Atkinson-Leach, director of category and brand management, RPE, Inc.;
  • Jeffrey Brandenburg, president, The JSB Group, LLC; and
  • Michael Muzyk, president, Baldor Specialty Foods, and chairman of United Fresh’s board of directors.
