The Packer’s Fifth Annual West Coast Produce Expo offers exclusive farm field tours to retail and foodservice buyers.

The field tour will take place the morning of May 9, the first day the May 9-10 West Coast Produce Expo, set at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort in Palm Desert, Calif.

Tour stops for 2019 include visits to Vincent B Zaninovich & Sons Grapes, Baloian Farms and North Shore Living.

The West Coast Produce Expo’s farm field tours are only open to retail and foodservice buying organizations, and additional registration is required for participation. Questions about the field tours can be addressed to registration@microspec.com.

Registration for The Packer’s West Coast Produce Expo is available online.

In 2018, more than 1,300 people registered for The Packer’s West Coast Produce Expo, including more than 360 retail, wholesale and foodservice buyers.

Buyers attending the event may also set up their own tours to with area fresh produce suppliers, event organizers said.
