The Food and Drug Administration says Panorama Produce has recalled 302 boxes of size 9 mangoes due to a potential contamination with salmonella. This recall is being conducted voluntarily and in coordination with the FDA.
The recalled product was distributed in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania beginning Aug. 10 through Aug. 21, 2026, and sold in select Walmart stores.
The recalled mangoes are packaged in a Martina-branded case, and individual mangoes can be identified by a light blue sticker with the label “Agrofepac, Produce of Mexico,” a PLU number of 4584 and a UPC of 07503061948050.
The FDA says this recall was initiated after its sampling found salmonella in mangoes grown on the same farm but not distributed into U.S commerce. The recalled mangoes and the sampled mangoes share the same source, and therefore the FDA says Panorama Produce has initiated a recall.
No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the recalled product, the FDA reports.
