Curious about the new Just Add Chicken salad kits from Dole? Retail editor Ashley Nickle and copy editor and designer Amelia Freidline tried them out for the latest new product review in the Millennials Eat video series.

The kits include leafy greens, toppings, dressing and a sauté sauce and finishing sauce for chicken. The options in the Just Add Chicken lineup are:

  • Sweet Orange — Green leaf and iceberg lettuce, carrots, crispy wontons, Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette, Chicken Sauté Sauce, Sweet Orange Finishing Sauce.
  • Roasted Red Pepper — Green leaf and iceberg lettuce, radicchio, crumbled garlic croutons, parmesan cheese, Creamy Balsamic, Chicken Sauté Sauce, Roasted Red Pepper Finishing Sauce.
  • Lemon Herb Pepper — Green leaf and iceberg lettuce, radicchio, roasted onion pita strips, Red Wine Vinaigrette, Chicken Sauté Sauce, Lemon Herb Finishing Sauce.
  • Pesto Caesar — Romaine lettuce, crumbled garlic croutons, parmesan cheese, Classic Caesar, Chicken Sauté Sauce, Pesto Finishing Sauce.
