The 2020 Beyond Organic Forum, which focuses on small-scale farming, is Jan. 22 in Wilmot, Ohio.

Green Field Farms is hosting the forum, which features speeches by Bob Kirch, former president of Caito Foods and former executive vice president of SpartanNash, and David Kliine, whose Larksong Farm is an organic dairy and product farm. Kline wrote “Great Possessions: An Amish Farmer’s Journal.”

Registration for the Beyond Organic Forum, which is free to attend, is online. Seating is limited, according to a news release. Questions about registration can be directed to registration@gffarms.com.

Kirch is scheduled to talk about “what the produce industry looks like for the new millennium,” according to the release.

Green Field Farms is a farmer-owned co-op of about 100 produce growers that use horse-drawn plows to farm 700 acres.
